We accept MasterCard and Visa. When submitting your order, a separate secure window opens for you to input your information. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to ensure our site's security and your credit card and personal information.
We also give you the option to use a Purchase Order and establish an account with us. This can be faxed or mailed to us with the required 50% deposit at time of placing the order. The remaining balance is invoiced with shipment and due according to the 15 day terms.

Shipping and Delivery Information

Shipping charges are estimated automatically depending on weight and delivery location. This Estimation is due to the number of boxes required for your specific volume of items, which effect the total cost from the carriers. The actual shipping charges for your order will be the final cost charged to you. We attempt to ship in the most cost effective means and you may find that the estimated amount is greater than your actual charge.
We are able to find shipping options depending on your timing needs. Please call us if you have specific requirements. When your order arrives, you should inspect your package. If there were to be any damage then notify us immediately of any problems and we will initiate and coordinate the process to correct them.
Delivery Timing
Most items will be shipped within 7-21 days. In stock items are generally shipped within 1 week. Please call us and talk to a sales associate for expected timing on your specific order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges that are accepted will be credited with your original form of payment. All merchandise must be returned in original condition. We do not accept returns of worn or laundered merchandise nor can we credit shipping and handling charges.
You must pay the shipping charges to return the item to us. If it is an exchange we will then pay the shipping charges of the items being sent back to you.
Cancellation of an order may incur a charge when order has been begun. Therefore, once your order is placed, if you decide to cancel the order or return an item within 7 days of your delivery, you will be responsible for the freight charges to return it, as well as a 50% restocking charge on the item plus the original delivery charges. If the item is returned in a damaged or not "as-new" condition, it will not be credited. In the event of defective goods or a shipping error, we will absorb any additional shipping charges associated with the item.

Special and Custom Orders

All of our items can be customed ordered to meet your needs. Many products are available in combination colors which you can specify in the Special Instructions of the order form. Also quotes for embroidery services for blankets can be described in this area. Embroidered items are not returnable unless our merchandise is defective or there was a mistake in your embroidery. If you require special delivery services or have any other question or comments, please enter them in this box, or use our easy Request Form .

All of the products sold by Quality Fleece come with the full manufacturers' warranty. Our Quality Assurance Department inspects items prior to shipment and we stand behind our craftmanship 100%. Any item may be replaced, exchanged or refunded in the unlikely occurrence that it is defective.
